Mayra Gonzalez
Human Resources Director
Mayra has been a Director at Generational Care since 2015, bringing expertise from over 10 years in corporate banking. She holds a Master’s degree in Servant Leadership and Management, earned from Gonzaga University in 2016, reflecting her commitment to values-driven leadership and fostering collaboration.
Gary Castillo
Finance Director
Gary has been Finance Director for Generational Care since 2023 after over 20 years in various roles within the hospice industry. He holds degrees in both Accounting and Finance and has worked at the state and regional level in improving access to quality care. He enjoys serving on local non-profit boards to provide important services in our community.
Cherie Noble
Home Care Services Program Director
Cherie started her journey with Generational Care in 1992 and have since worked my way to being the Program Director of our Home Care Services program since 2015. Generational Cares’ guiding principle, “It is not about us; It is about the people we serve” deeply resonates with me and my strong belief in our mission to preserve and enhance the quality of life at home, with dignity and care.
Brian Kinner
Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels Director
Brian joined Generational Care in 2016 as the Food Services Manager for the Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels program, Brian Kinner has been a vital contributor to advancing the program’s mission. He played a key role in establishing and running the organization’s first-ever Central Kitchen, ensuring meals are carefully prepared and delivered to those in need.
