Empowering individuals and families to make confident health decisions, stay active, and live well at every stage of life.
Healthy Ages is one of Generational Care’s cornerstone programs, serving Benton and Franklin counties with extended remote guidance across the region.
The program focuses on proactive wellness, health education, and caregiver support, helping individuals and families stay informed, active, and connected through every season of life. Healthy Ages is designed for every generation that prioritizes well-being.
Originally acquired from Kadlec Health in September 2025, Healthy Ages continues to thrive under Generational Care. This partnership strengthens our ability to connect health, home, and heart through education, prevention, and meaningful community engagement.
