Leadership at Generational Care begins with listening, compassion, and an unwavering belief that “It is not about us; It is about the people we serve.”
Generational Care is led by people who believe leadership starts with empathy and purpose. Every decision we make begins with our guiding principle:
“It is not about us; it is about the people we serve.”
That belief shapes every partnership we build, every program we manage, and every act of care we deliver.
For over fifty years, our leadership team and board have carried forward a legacy of compassion and service across Southeastern Washington and into Nez Perce County, ensuring that our mission, to preserve and enhance quality of life for every generation with dignity and care, remains alive in every community we serve.
Our leadership team brings decades of combined experience in health services, home care, nutrition, and community support.
Many began their careers providing direct care, preparing meals, assisting clients, and guiding families through difficult times. Their shared expertise spans program development, operations, finance, and community outreach, each working together to connect Health, Home, and Heart through compassionate service.
Our Board of Directors provides vision, accountability, and stewardship for Generational Care.
Representing the communities we serve, each board member brings insight, compassion, and a shared commitment to ensuring our organization remains transparent, strong, and responsive to the needs of those we support.
Their leadership keeps Generational Care focused on what matters most. The people and generations we connect through care.
Leadership at Generational Care is not about titles or recognition. It’s about service.
When leadership is grounded in humility and compassion, care naturally finds its way to those who need it most.
